Junior ROTC (JROTC) Drill Team Awards

Veterans Day at the Illinois State Fair. Three JROTC units participated in the drill competition:
Waukegan High School, Zion High School, and Prosser Career Academy.
The teams competed in six drill categories: Color Guard, Unarmed Regulation Platoon, Armed Regulation Platoon, Unarmed Regulation Squad, Armed Regulation Squad, Unarmed Exhibition Squad.
Below is a listing of the participants and winners in each of five categories for 2025:
The Waukegan Bull Dogs, an Army JROTC detachment, SFC Jeffrey Nasser instructor.

The Prosser Academy Falcons, an Army JROTC detachment, SSgt Erika Luster instructor.

The Zion-Benton Zee-Bees, a Navy JROTC detachment, Chief Vincent Nelson instructor

Judges for the event: Sgt Maxwell, Sgt Johnson, SSgt Clark. Illinois Army National Guard
Recruiting and Retention Battalion's Kilo Company

Awards for each category were presented by Col Bob Tyler, USMC (Ret), President of the Military Officers Association of America Council of Chapters.
